SHIPPING POLICY

We provide free worldwide shipping on every eligible order placed through our online store. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout for delivery to any supported country around the globe. This free shipping offer applies to outgoing shipments of our hair spray products and does not cover return shipping fees when customers send items back for returns.

Orders are prepared and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and recognized public holidays. We aim to move orders through our fulfillment process quickly, but in rare cases of high order volume, inventory checks, or system delays, shipment preparation may take a small amount of extra time.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery window is 6 to 12 business days. This estimated timeline starts after the carrier picks up your package from our fulfillment facility. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen for reasons outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or local postal backlogs.

After your order ships, we will send you shipping tracking information to the email address you provided during checkout. You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s progress through the delivery network. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment, and there can be gaps in scan updates while the package travels internationally.

It is your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages caused by typos, incomplete address details, old addresses, or incorrect recipient names. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees if we resend the package.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import taxes, duties, or local administrative fees in the destination country. We do not collect these charges during checkout, and these fees are not included in our product pricing. Any customs or local tax charges must be paid by the customer when the package arrives in your country. We cannot predict or control customs processing times.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments. While most packages arrive within our 6 to 12 day estimated window, customs holds and carrier issues can extend delivery time. We do not offer expedited or rush shipping options for any orders at this time. All orders will ship under our standard free worldwide shipping method.

If your tracking shows the package was marked as delivered, but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbors, building management, local postal office, or safe drop locations first. Sometimes carriers mark items delivered before the package physically arrives. Contact our customer service team if you cannot locate your package after checking these locations.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions if shipping service becomes unreliable, or if legal and customs rules make fulfillment impractical. If we cannot ship to your location after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund to your original payment method.

We will update this shipping policy if our fulfillment process, carrier partners, or shipping rules change. The shipping policy in place on the date you place your order applies to your purchase.
